How Do I Change Device Status From Custom To Normal/Official

I've searched high and low, left and right to find out how i can change my formerly rooted galaxy s5 sport device status back to "Normal" or "Official". My device will not be recognized by any computer so if it's possible to do it without a PC hookup, that would be great.
